I was on Rose yesterday and he did look good after that scratchy double on two. I'm definitely surprised there isn't more love for him on here, but in saying that I layed back my stake on him so I could cover a bit of Rory, who is a red for me at present

No harm in that MA....Rory may well go out and shoot 67/68 today, but a mistake used to make was betting in the present....it cost me at times....
I now think and bet for Sunday. Answers on a postcard please. Rory....2 clear Sunday. A) Are you a backer or a layer? B) At what price? |

I'd back him, though the price would depend who was hot on his heels. If it's Gaganjeet Bhullar I'd take $1.60. If it's Rose/Bubba/Kaymer I'd want $2-ish (which I doubt I'd get).

just woke up.
making bets over the phone is an interesting beast. you make it work like rhino said. however, even over the phone when phil found the drink for the second time on the same hole i still managed to ring, verify myself and then proceed to take heinz's panic buying money for $30 @ 15  . live golf rocks even with having to make phone calls. have been saved the other way too where you think a player has a gimme for bird and he muppets it as you are placed on hold this happened with me and poulter yesterday. i was saying my name when he missed his putt. i'm fine with phone calls. except for operator betty who always insists on my full name instead of just last. ffs. |

except b365 which does a lot of tourneys (as long as its on tv). their lived odds usually come on when coverage starts. they must get the same feed. bet365 are slow as feck to change their prices which means sometimes a guy can have a 10 foot eagle putt and his price is the same. cash in if you can beat me to it.

had my first brain fade. after laying phil for $30 @ 15's, i tried to get phil matched for $30 @ 'something too greedy', and when it didnt get matched this morning i thought "fuggit i'll let the lay ride. maybe he'll bogey the first hole or something."
well...i just panic bought back @ 20's. lol. this is seriously fun this tourney. curve balls everywhere. |
