Great golf this week from my team of 3 Irishmen. Shane Lowry is going along very smoothly and I think may be ready to win. I think Els and Kaymer may be the men to fear although I might say that Shane only needs to play his own game tomorrow and if he can keep it nice and simple then he might have the biggest win of his career. Do not forget that it is almost the anniversary of hid win in the Portugese Open almost to the same week so he likes this time of year. Anyway, wishing all a profitable tournament and enjoy tomorrow. The weather Gods have been kind to spectators and players alike. Scotland at it's nicest.

Went up to St Andrews yesterday and had a great day with the missus and my 6 year old.
Despite the easy nature of the courses it doesn't detract from the tournament, as a bonus both Vijay Singh and David Lynn gave my wee boy a ball ;-) I guess it's like anywhere in the uk at this time of year the weather is crucial(look at the ODI cricket) and they are being blessed with the best of it. gl all |
