Be interested to see next week's racing post on Sunday. I assumed he would have backed the two headline acts significantly and could have easily backed them on here in singles if he had wanted to. Had a huge bank to play with so not to say he hasn't made another chunk this week. Good luck to the lad

it was interesting to read steve palmers write up in this sundays racing post about his exploits on trying to win £250k on the double.some of the stakes he was stating which were in the hundreds of pounds are beyond most of us betting minnows, but for the pro bettors out there myself included i would never be able to get anywhere near a £10 double online or even on the phone,i might be able to send someone else to a shop to get perhaps a £50 double
if i were to ring up hills lads stan or whoever and say i want the same bet on that steve palmer has just had they will tell me to do one or offer me £10 on at 5 points less for each leg so the betting world that steve palmer frequents in, isnt the betting world that the rest of us have to put up with. |

yeah he has to wait until weds because the books cut the odds of those he picks so if he backs them monday (when he puts his picks to RP) the prices will be gone by the time the paper is out.

Thanks ashleigh. I think steve recommended 28 points staked last week. Collected 68 points after Woods at 4 points win 16/1 which means 40 points profit. I make that a fraction over 11/8 winner on total staked for week. Have I got that right?
