Was "one of those days" Dr Slicer.......
Was up to wee sma ooorssss on Saturday morning.....then was a bit knackered later in morning. had a visitor that basically caused me some "grief" and my mind was wound up A LOT! So my state of mind was not "good" for betting yesterday.....and basically I applied some of bets the "wrong way round".....due to brain not working well through too much aggrevation and lack of sleep. The decision on 1 game late at night where I had a main bet on OVER 2.5 goals....but had layed 1-2 late in game was just pure stupidy.........wrong thinking cost me over £260 .....and that was just one of a few bad bets late on. The first 5 days was "fine" ....but brain not in right place yesterday ....so many bad bets. I am not discarding some of ideas re bets placed on this thread..... I can pull all the money lost on this thread ....but will not post on thread other than just post results each day re FOOTBALL bets. Currently about £114 up after SPURS game.... Thanks for concern DR..........I'll keep taking the tablets..........  |

DFC-with the greatest respect-your method is flawed and you are blaming your losses NOT on the method but on your tiredness and your state of mind. If your method worked, it would be successful REGARDLESS of these problems.
Take a tip from me, yours is not the way. Lots of small prophets being swallowed up by the inevitable one bad day. Trading in the manner that you are is a recipe for disaster. I am sincerely trying to help you. But it's up to you. Remember-I've been on here a long time and seen and tried almost everything. Not convinced the "NOTIONS" are wrong Dr.......just my brain never did calculatons properly....
it is not the method being flawed......Having covered quite few matches over 5 days before the loss, then where profits could have been far greater when brain was in gear......then there was considerable number of outcomes that were in line with "NOTION"........and , as stated above, on the 6th DAY my brain was getting bets "wrong way round"......so not method ....just my brain not functioning properly. Will post FOOTBALL results daily to this thread ......but don't have TIME to post BEFORE game bets....as otherwise preoccupied this week and from now on. With respect DR......you don't "know" what my WAY is.........so how would you "know"? Thanks for the consultation though  ....and it was free |

So DFC, how in the future would you ensure you weren't trading on a day when your brain was getting everything backwards?? Don't we all have those days? If just one of those days can turn a decent profit into a calamitous loss, don't you need some safeguards in place?

I don't know your way, but my analytic skills have given me an indication using your postings.
Don't say you weren't told. By all means do it for a low steaks hobby. BUT losing a grand in one day is certainly not an indication of success unless you are winning more on other days, which it appears you are not. Only trying to be helpful. I must point out that my normal charges of 70 guineas per posting now apply after this posting. Good luck. |

Locking front door ...and taking telephone off hook would be a start.....
When you have to do fairly complicated calcs......you don't need to be interupted. Almost on each day this week the PROFIT for day could have been an extra £100 roughly.....it wasn't, but this indicates that I will HIT GOOD days too....far better than first 5 days ....the 5th day indicates what i can do when I get more used to doing the "LOCO NOTION" Just keep eye on thread ...now and then in between consultations.......either I am "RIGHT" or I am going to be a MERINGUE ( MEH RANG)...... Not doing "this"........this is the LOCO NOTION...aptly named, as not based on weighing up teams "form" or taking the normal factors into account! When I do use a CS LAY , as part of bets on game, then the lay is based on what the LOCO NOTION is on that match. Just betting using CS LAYS , with £2,000, I won over £20,000 over about 7/8 months re mainly CLUB FOOTBALL. However, I lost most of it on WORLD CUP ......international matches, which are drastically different from CLUB FOOTBALL ......and was brought back down to earth.....with a thump! On the 6th day above, I made a few miscalculations re the LOCO NOTION......and got thumped again! My own faullt. I still believe it is too early to judge whether the LOCO NOTIONS are worth pursuing.....but I have seen enough bets doing well to consider it is worth trying for a bit longer to see how it works out. well good luck mate i was involved with laying correct scores on jimbob's thread on the football forum and accumulated a nice 3k profit with 52 correct score lays in a row before i hit one. only when i restarted a new run i hit a couple straight away so decided to call it a day was good fun though

I think the most I've got correct in a row was 30.....so 52 is outstanding run......but of course you will have an "edge" ....whereas.......I'm a calculated guesserI'taking on SCOTTISH DIV 1 + 2 games tonight....First time touchem em.......just hope the LOCO MOTION "works" Gl with bets. |
