Yeah, ok, today I have spent a total of 1 minute and 43 seconds signing in, picking my selections and placing the bet. I reckon it will take me about 2 mins to write it up .... are you serious !! ?? !! Am not going to note down how many seconds or minutes it takes to write a bet up, I will stick a bet on and then go to work, or if I'm not doing anything then I will have a few in-play bets while am watching the TV. Tell you what, if you want to see how long it takes to put a bet on, just follow my selections and then go to a bookies and see how long it takes you to find them then place them ...

I can research and select my bets without being on the computer, I just look at whats coming up, make my mind up what I fancy and then once I am on the comp I will see then if the price is any good or not, and as I am only using one bookies at the moment I don't need to search and search for different prices ... I don't spend much time on this at all, the only time I am on here is when I am sitting in the house watching the TV and with me working like 70 hours a week it's not often I spend more than 10 minutes on the forum ....

The whole point of this is to make money without much risk, yes it is making small profits at the moment but it's making profits!! The highest stake I have had so far is £6, so it's not going to make lots of money is it, but as it goes on the profits start to get bigger and the stakes start to increase. I done this with £40 a while ago and turned in into about £160, so if I do that again I shall turn this into over £7k, that wouldn't be too bad would it. But yeah at the start of this it's going to take a while to generate decent profits, be patient like I am mate. You say if I can't win a tenner with £2400 I should give up, well true mate, I have won £11 so far so I won't be giving up. Why the hell would I do and threads as a joke? What would the point in that be? I am doing the threads cause I enjoy them, want to make money and I use the forum as a good place for records and a form of dicipline. |

I am not prepared to use a CC at loads of different bookies, that would mean depositing amounts into every bookie in order to get the best price amongst them all, thats just not practical with a CC ... I do research my bets but my point from yesterday is that I DON'T need a computer to always use for researching do I ... |

Of course I shall decline it if I don't like the price, I have never said in my entire days on here that a price doesn't count. I said that a winning bet is more important than value unless you are trading on Betfair, then the price is more important than the bet winning. No point in me finding 7 great value bets and they all lose is it? I need a winning bet amongst 7 bets in order to keep this going, and any winning bets at a decent price is what I'm after ... |

The better value your bets are the more chance you have of succeeding in your challenge. A value bet is more important than a winning bet because you can, if you are clever enough, spot a value bet before the event whereas it's impossible to spot a winning bet until the event has finished.

I shall keep going, and as usual on here it makes me more determined to make it work cause everyone thinks it will fail or profits are too small blah blah blah .... as long as I break even then it's worth the effort as I feel a system like this has huge potential in the long run, but, it's all down to my dicipline to stay focused and only bet on sports I know and bets that I really do fancy ... and stay away from "chase mode"

Please catfolppo, I really don't want to get into the discussion again, I feel you are fishing for me to bite, but you know as well as me that a value bet can still lose, therefor the value in that bet means absolutley nothing unless it is settled as a winner (unless you are trading on Betfair)

"chase mode" is what I would describe as betting on anything and everything and doing it all too quickly in order to get funds back, I don't regard waiting and picking correct selections as "chasing" ...

now schalke don't start being silly, going from 6 pound to 60 pound for no other reason than to chase ( and dress it up what way you want, its still chasing ) is only going to end in tears... you need to learn from mistakes but as far as I am concerned you are just repeating them over and over...
