Just an attempt at keeping my discipline.
I am going to start with a bank of thirty pounds and lay to a liability of six pounds to begin with and take it from there.
All selections will be posted before the off and the price I am matched at stated.
This project will be a combination of form study and strategy.
My form study is sometimes hit and miss but if my discipline holds and with a bit of luck I might be able to make a profit.
One/two selections per day at the most,none on days when I can't find anything I fancy.
I'll start tomorrow and probably be done by Wednesday.
Fingers crossed.

If you're laying for the Place don't be afraid to go up to 6.00 or IR. I have the following system & it varies from 3 pts a day to 20 pts a day - No loss after one week!!
Basically, get yourself a copy of the Daily Mirror. Now find a horse that qualify's (The nearest to the top the better) for 3 pts or less under the top Spotform (so 29 if 32) that's 1 point. If the horse has also came 3rd of higher last time out that's 2 pts (1 pt = £2.00, 2 pts = £5.00 liabilty no higher than £25.00) Works a treat Mate!! A few days ago I had 15 from 16!! |

GL Usaidit on above lay to place.
Just had a quick look at race and some comments on race chosen and horse selected etc are - 1. Amateur jockeys race..........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....so likely open to "odd" results IMO. 2. Horse selected won 4 races out its' first 6 races.......and has run in races in CLASS 2 and 3 mainly since last win.........so down in Class today.....only CLASS 4. 3. Trainer has relation riding horse and the jockey has won before........ I know that " at a glance " the last 6 race record of selection is not "impressive" compared to other 4yo runners in race..................but above factors make it a dodgy place lay IMO...... At least the race looks a highly competitive affair..........................so that should increase chances of place lay coming off.............. With going apparently described as GOOD..............this may effect Penang Cinta as this race is up in class for it..................may be a beter place lay at odds etc..........this would be my "guess" on race for place lay. GL with thread .... |

I wouldnt go laying too many of Moores horses at the moment, think he might be getting back to some sort of form after a dreadful time and some of em might be well handicapped.

Duly noted dodgy,I saw the distances of it's first two wins and took a chance that it would gas out over this distance,especially with 11st3lb on it's back.

Like that one Usaidit.....................appears to have "bad draw" for going ....though last year on HEAVY going the winner was also drawn low.
Probably the draw factor combined with weight factor and the number of horses appeatring to have better chances should enable lay to be landed. :D BATTLE ROYAL and INDIAN TONIC may fight out finish with HIDDEN DOOR.............. GL |
