There is a second chance league too, you can keep tabs from that.
But starting a second league does the work for you, And you get a cup comp too. |

I would have assumed it had scoring started from week 20 otherwise why have the drop down menu , but it doesnt seem clear

More substitution luck. De Cuyper gets subbed off, clean sheet and bonus secured and Bowen scores 1 minute later. Got him in the challenge though so happy myself. And Goddess is due that luck with the 15 pointer benched the other day

More undeserved defensive points!!!
Look at VVD. Gets booked, concedes three goals, yet ends up with two points (defensive contributions PMSL). Isn’t this how the defenders points are lost? Concede one goal - no points lost. Concede two goals - one point lost. Concede three goals - two points lost? VVD gets two points for 90 minutes, two for DC. Loses one for the yellow, yet has only lost one for conceding three goals? |

It’s a bit harsh that a defender conceding two is only a point better off than a defender conceding five.

Originally in fantasy football there was a theory that
you could do without defenders as cheap ones often returned negative scores. This system gives them a chance, and lines need to be drawn somewhere, so that zero defenders isn't an option. 2-5 is a big gap for one point. Meanwhile wolves scored, was it strand larson? I look, and no, and no assist, but he did get booked Magnificent, lol |

I’ve persevered with him for weeks and after their abysmal West Ham performance ( and the Everton one ) just had to ditch him. Mbeumo and Mount come good. Corner turned or is it just Wolves?

You are of course RIGHT! I think I have learned from this game that a disastrous start is nigh impossible to overcome. My weeks 1-5 were very poor, week 6 got me 48 from Haaland, week 7 and 8 same, but so did many others. Grealish brought me a good haul in an early week too but my forwards have been awful, my midfielders moderate and goalies moderate. In short, I am a basement league manager on this season’s form. But then Cloughie started at Hartlepool! |

I think a good start to the season can set you up nicely for the year. Once you’re near the top you can put nine or ten of the top performers in your team and sit back. Let everyone else gamble a bit.

That must be some team to bench a 9 million player playing wolves , usually my 8th attacker is the cheapest playing player and he is nailed to the bench

He’s been playing too deep and thus not getting so many goal chances. Price had nothing to do with it. Looking at his points total I’m astonished he’s made so many and leads the midfielders.

He's still allowed to get forward and seems to be

Manchester United are locked in talks over releasing Bryan Mbeumo, Amad Diallo and Noussair Mazraoui for the Africa Cup of Nations, and still don’t know if they will be available for Monday’s clash with Bournemouth at Old Trafford.
I thought these players being free for the Bournemouth game was a done deal... I suspect someone wants some money.. |

The release date was extended to include clubs having players
up to 14th Dec. Of course man utd game is Monday as they are not in league Cup, so negotiating release of players for an extra day. Epl to blame here, but, no teams were expected to have Afcon players game week 16. |

Dropped Timber and Calafiori, for varied reasons, and got lucky. Timber defeated injury and played but didn’t shut out and Cala didn’t play. Dropped my fav. player Rice because of injury worry. He played too but pointed low because Wolves managed to somehow pierce their defence. Playing all three for their next three matches unless 100% injured. Can’t get the mid to front mix right at all. As Mo says - never give up.
