Watched Munich again last night; at almost 3 hours you need patience. I recall watching it the first time and really enjoying it. The second time I got bored and stopped half way through, but last night I again enjoyed the full movie. It is the story of the aftermath of the 1972 Munich Olympics Massacre (Spielberg)

Wrestlers on Netflix. About Ohio Valley Wrestling.

Weird and Bizarre at first but if you stick with it a fascinating look at a struggling sport trying to stay afloat.

Also on Netflix is a limited series called 'Bodies' starting on Thursday.

"Four detectives. Four timelines. One body. To save Britain's future they'll need to solve the murder that altered the course of history first"

Mind-Bending-Dystopian-Cyberpunk-Ensemble

Sounds weird... just up my street.

Re, Munich... Loved that movie, would definitely give that a second viewing..

Beckham.. Looking forward to seeing this. I remember laying a lot of hate on the guy back in the World cup fiasco.. MischiefHappy

Maxine.. Watched with morbid fascination last night. (almost finished) 3 x 45 minutes... Strange woman, the sort of bitch who would write and fall in love with a death row prisoner type. I'm guessing.

No Country For Old Men.. This movie needs a mention on here.. BRILLIANT. Happy

As I've repeated several times, I don't tend to finish many series, but Mr Inbetween was an easy decision. Might even watch it again some day. A rare beauty that someone recommended on the politics forum. I'm glad I've helped pass it along.

Supernatural fans will like Penny Dreadful from Showtime, Eva Green, Timothy Dalton, Josh Hartnett, incorporates all the great literary monsters, werewolves frankenstein, devil, witches into one show set in Victorian London.

Three seasons.....not to be confused with Penny Dreadful City of Angels as that is poor IMO.

Yeah, just finished S1 of Mr Inbetween. I owe a pint to whoever put that up.

Reminds me of Barry, which is another programme I'd recommend to everyone. That was one of the best of the last 20 years imo.

Binge-watched 'Beckham' last night. A bit heavy in one sitting, but got there in the end. Public went OTT over sending off - I recall being annoyed about what could have been, but soon got over it; sh*t happens. Learned a bit though, but won't spoil it for others, although I do have one question... Was Beckham's affair(s) ever proven?

Watched the pilot episode of 'Mr Mercedes' on Disney+ last night and it certainly encouraged me to continue on to the next episode. Brendan Gleeson is a retired detective (in America) frustrated that he couldn't find a killer, who has now begun taunting him. Witty in parts, especially with the neighbour, and only 3 series to contend with. I would definitely recommend watching the 1hr pilot to see if it is of interest.

No Aspro, "Beckhams so called affair" was paper talk, was supposed to have been with that Rebecca Lews or Loos, the one who hit the headlines for giving a pig a bj on that farming reality programme, and no the pig was not DB .

I watched the first episode of Fall of the House of Usher and found it hard going - not sure whether I want to stick with it although Mrs v thought it was ok. Anyone watching - would appreciate any feedback if it's worth continuing...?

Gin. Cool

Not watched it yet but will do soon. My missus has seen it, she wasn’t overly impressed.

I thought Justified was great. Don’t know why I didn’t watch it sooner.

I watched the first episode of Mr. Inbetween last night. I guess I'll probably keep watching. Plain  Don't forget "True Romance" if you're into Tarantino movies.

Film4 12.20 a.m. " Chopper. "

Eric Bana plays the infamous Aussie gangster Chopper Read.

It's an absolute must watch ripper of a film. I give it a very solid 9.2/10 with the thumb.

Anyone with a firestick, The Cinema app.. seems to be making quite a comeback. Mr. Inbetween  is available for free there.(all episodes).

Watched Death Proof.. Interesting watch...

Is True Romance a Tarantino movie?  I do know it's available on the Cinema app, so will have a look.
