Mali midfielder Lassana Coulibaly and Nigeria striker Sadiq Umar have become Steven Gerrard's eighth and ninth signings as Rangers manager.
The African pair follow veteran goalkeeper Allan McGregor, full-back Jon Flanagan, centre-backs Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic, midfielders Scott Arfield and Ovie Ejaria, and winger Jamie Murphy - on a permanent deal after a successful loan spell - in joining Rangers. Both come highly recommended and SU gives us a much needed option up front. SG still looking to add to the squad and has tabled an increased bid of £3m for Jake Cooper of Millwall. |

Which teams were the African lads from please?
|
|
By:
Umar from Roma and Coulibaly from Angers.

Nice one. Cheers!

Angers is the team that Mohsni joined after leaving Rangers.
Hopefully Coulibaly will add a bit of punch to our midfield. ![]() |

Is Mohsni not with the Arabs now? Joined last season? Punching below his weight, imo.

Prob end up at Aberdeen

![]() You might be right. Aberdeen had to cancel a friendly against ICT because they didn't have enough fit players. As they would say "Fit like eh?" |

Rangers bid of 33m for Millwalls Jake Cooper has been rejected.
SG now expected to turn his attention to Blackpools central defender Curtis Tilt. Herrera has left to return to Mexico on loan with a few others expected to leave this week. |

Oops £3m before one of the obsessives picks up on it.

Indeed donny but at least we have a man in charge now who will not take second best.....from the players we have. Personally I still think we need to get rid of a couple of duds but were on the right track. It's likely we may have to be second best this season but Gerrard will build on that imo. |

Kenny lad, he was sentenced to 40 hours and a 12 month community order. I, like you, don't know much about the incident but I'm sure Gerrard does or he wouldn't have signed him. That said it's not something you want on your CV but that's no excuse.
I'm only guessing it was a domestic that went overboard and maybe she put the boot in first! Joking apart Gerrard must know the score and King Kenny rates him highly. How many times has someone made a mistake when drunk? (I presume) I'm not defending him but like I said, not a good thing to have on your CV. mac, will PM you tomorrow with my selection but please remember I DO NOT tip but will share with you my selection in what I think is a decent price. |
