Crosses are great if you have a gary lineker in your team. I agree. Croatia need to be more direct. I think there'll be some serious bus parking next half. Maybe some direct attacking on the counter.

The keeper only saw that ball as it emerged from the players in front of him. He had no chance.

Talking about Dier's goal the chaser. The keeper should've done better for that yet all the English pundits only waxing lyrical about the strike.
Modric's was far better, high ball volley out the air yet all they go on about is how the keeper shouldve saved it. Billic was right to bring them up on it |

Think the dip and the bounce did him and his view was obscured. Modric has hit that perfectly, it's an unbelievable save if the keeper stops it.
