just got in - exciting stuff I missed while at work. I had a draw treble finishing up on this game. So a bit gutted but also satisfied to get 11x-stake back rather than 35x. Honestly, Arsenal are my Argie team - and they've been utter garbage since the restart of the season (or new season, whatever it is) and those who backed for an Arsenal win have been done the greatest of favours by the abandonment.

This has been happening for years with riots and the electricity to the floodlights being switched off to get games abandoned. This was seen a few times in English Premiership games a few years ago. |

It`s immoral and nothing short of criminal that anybody who layed 0-0 didn`t get paid. I don`t care what BF`s interpretation of the Rules are, anybody with half a brain cell would agree that the result regarding 0-0 and over 0.5 had been determined. It`s an absolute disgrace if this is the case and personally I wouldn`t accept it. Whoever drew up their insane Rules is obviously some fresh faced University student who knows absolutely nothing about logic let alone betting. I bet Arsenal to win and my bet was void and rightly so, but if these guys don`t get paid I`ll be bombarding BF with complaints and every fair minded punter should do the same. Any seasoned punter who bet 0-0 and got their money back must be scratching their head in amazement and pissing themselves laughing. BF are making a complete fool of themselves. htf can a 0-1 scoreline on a 0-0 lay not be determined? Oh silly me, the ref might chop off the first goal later in the 2nd half and take the score back to 0-0.
 If this is really happening regularly BF punters need to start a petition and eradicate this fraudulent act. I`m sure that fair minded backers and layers alike and everyone with the slightest knowledge of gambling would agree that this should not be happening. If Bookmakers acted in a similar manner, which thankfully they don`t, they would have their license withdrawn. |

Agree tmm - stupid rule that they at least cannot settle part of the markets which are winners.

howdi I did a draw treble so really I just got the double (the 11x referred to above), not paid on this race as such. Bit misleading saying that it was.

Agree with Westender that the situation is a shame. It happens just enough to keep us betting on it and BF running markets on it, but not enough to stop us it seems. This could be the one that keeps some of us clear of these games. Woukd like to see a piece of research on abandonments across the leagues (non weather), the score at the time, the teams involved etc. One for the Easter break perhaps...
