??? But you can't lay 0-0 after a goal is scored - the market is dead!

Yes you actually can. You can see the market here with £5 laying 0-0 at 1000s, with £1 matched at that price.

Unconditionally determined is the market in play. 0-0 is part a market in play.

Over and under 0.5 is a market determined and closed

Darlo i'm with you. The correct score market isn't settled. The over0.5 is, not correct score. You'd be stupid to back 0-0 after a goal, but you can pump as much money into it as you like if someone will offer odds, wont get settled till FT.  No one who laid 0-0 would have been paid till FT, only the over 0.5 backers, so would expect it to be voided.

You may be able to bet 0-0 in play when it`s 1-0 as darlo states but the bet is already determined, determined that you lose as soon as you press the bet button.

Look at the Rubio Nu game, you can still back 0-0 at 1000 even though it's 0-0. The market isn't settled.

Sorry mac - I have layed 0-0 and seen a few SA riots.

Betfair always void the CS market.

Always do the over 0.5 marker now for SA matches

Exactly. It comes down to whether Betfair interpret "unconditionally determined" as settled, or as no longer possible. I wish you luck, somemuppet, but I don't think you'll get any in this situation.

And that's why I'm trying to help. For the few occasions that matches might be abandoned, and fighting in SA isn't entirely rare, o0.5 market is safer than the correct score market.

By:

Correct. Its the market not the bet

If you had over o.5 goals its determined as closed. Correct score market is open and the market is made void not what you have traded as being a winner or looser in that market.

Laid 0-0 HT Arsenal game looks like being voided so tossed up between All Boys and Rubio Nu to do the same and picked the wrong one by the looks of it. The gambling gods are not good tonight.

Now here's an interesting one. Total goals. If you backed 1 or more instead of Over 0.5, do you get paid? As that one usually only settled at FT too right, not every goal?
By:

When: 30 Mar 15 23:38
You would think Betfair could go through the correct score market and settle the impossible scores in this scenario but they won't or can't for some reason.

Been stung with this a few times and it is a farce.

That's actually an even better point than you possibly realise. Because surely now that the cross-market cross-matcher is in operation, that would include between the "total goals" and "overs" markets, which mean one part of the bet could be void, and the other part of the same bet be already settled.

My worst was the 2012 Copa Sudamericana Final. You'd never expect a final to be abandoned because of police shooting and beating the away team in the changing rooms at half-time.

Chilean Cup Final Saturday night i struck my bets prior to kickoff 10.10pm as advertised and returned during the game. All was good and in-play and left the market. I made £186 on the game and was paid straight away

Sunday morning around 11am they took the £186 back and voided all bets on the game as the powers of B had it as a 10.30pm start.
