I was in my local branch of Wilko this morning.
In amongst the masses of Halloween tat,which most of the major stores put out these days,were male and female fancy dress costumes with the words 'TEAM ZOMBIE' in large letters across their chests. The female costume was that of a cheerleader and predominantly Sevco blue and white with splashes of red. The male costume was that of a footballer,albeit of the American variety,and predominantly Sevco red with splashes of Sevco blue. They made me chuckle.Might the designer be a cheeky Sellik fan? You can view these costumes on the Wilko website.I would imagine that they should sell well in Central Scotland. Meanwhile,is there any news on Jailbird Joey? He's been playing a 'blinder'so far. |

american football and cheerleader costumes in red white and blue - who'd a thunk it.
I thought rangers played ok on hogmonay considering they're just back in the top division. Must be worrying for celtic fans that they could have lost to rangers on their first season back if they had taken those last two easy chances. rangers should be back on top within the next two seasons. |

the way some of those hearts players dived non stop I would expect some of them to get picked up by celtic before long.
we had the usual from rangers - lots of pretty passes but no end product. we need a midfielder that can split a defence with a pass and we need a striker who can score regularly. hopefully we can hold on to 2nd this season and then improve next season. |
