What about these threats from sevco low lifes at  a dad and his 12 year old sonSadSadSad

Callum, who is from Rosyth, Fife, added: “In the video, you can see a can getting chucked over the top of the bus and obviously, I totally condemn that.

“I don’t agree with stuff getting chucked at the buses especially if there’s kids on them.

“But then you can see a Buckfast bottle getting chucked out the driver’s window.

“The driver deliberately accelerated and was completely out of order. For one, he opened the door causing incitement and then chose to accelerate.

“Maybe he thought he was going to get in trouble because there was clearly alcohol on the bus when it’s not allowed.”

He has also raised concerns about the bus being on Easter Road in the first place as they usually arrive via London Road and are guided to the stadium by police.

The lifelong Hibs fan has also been forced to lock down his Twitter account after having abuse hurled at him and his family.

He said: “They’re sharing pictures of me with my 12-week-old child and there’s comments saying ‘This guy should have had his throat slit at birth’. I can’t believe how personal it’s getting.

‘Alex was a bit shaken at the time and concerned when he saw me in front of the bus. I avoided taking him to Hibs games when they played the bigger teams because of incidents like this for years.”

Chief Inspector Richard Horan of Police Scotland said: "We are currently investigating a report of a crime that involved a small number of fans ahead of Sunday's match (Nov 1) between Hibernian and Rangers.

Hope that all decent fans condemn the behaviour and give the names to Police

Here's the true story Westender.
Guy was part of a group of Hibs casuals who attacked a Rangers supporters bus.
When he saw a clip of it on utube clearly identifying him he concocted this story.
Nowt said on his twitter accy until after the clip appeared.
CCTV on bus shows nowt happened prior to attack.
He'll need to hope the judge is as gullible as brac when he goes to court. Laugh

Just spotted this and before the ex bears get all Leeds Utd about it-there is a very simple soloution give Mickey his money lying KingAngry

I note the media going ‘a bit Tonto’ over Sports Direct’s insistence that the Rangers Former Players Benevolent Fund stop using trademarks they own. I know this will make many people swallow hard, but’s be clear, if the Celtic Former Players Association were selling merchandise bearing the Celtic crest the club would be saying “Cease and Desist that right now, Joe”. Same is true if you are a fan selling T-shirts or street vendor selling scarves.

Without making moral judgements, football clubs earn money from licensing their logos, you want to use it, you pay. You don’t pay, the club cannot discriminate between who they pursue and who they don’t, as such discriminatory behaviour would be a legitimate defence in law by a transgressor.

Sports Direct own thousands of logos and brands. They will have a department sweeping for infringements and they don’t strike me as the kind of company who let any slip through without action. I’d be amazed if Mike Ashley, or any senior SD staff, were even aware of the action.  Cease instructions will come out from the legal team without a second thought.

What remains galling to some is the fact that Newco have to take instructions from Sports Direct on use of logos and other IP. This, on top of the whole Fifa 2016 indignity, could be ended by repaying the Sports Direct £5m loan.

There is no getting away from it – the upheld appeal means Rangers were systematically cheating the taxman whilst winning titles on the pitch.

Alex Thomson having a told-you-so moment on Twitter

"so Rangers are found to have won a series of titles whilst comprehensively cheating the tax man"

"the HMRC successful appeal on the Rangers Big Tax Case is a great day for the taxpayer and a blow for wealthy tax avoiders"

Clearly the old Rangers company can now appeal to the Supreme Court if they wish to dispute the law lords' "common sense".

statement from the current New Club

WE WOULD like to correct some misleading information that has been circulating on what is described as the “Big Tax Case”.

For the avoidance of doubt, Rangers have not lost the case. There is no question of any liability impacting on our Club, its history or any member of the Rangers International Football Club plc Group.

The Rangers Football Club and the entities which currently own and manage it are not party to these proceedings nor do we have any say in what happens. The proceedings are a matter for those affected by them.

We note that the assessments for tax which were the subject for appeal and which are referred to as the Big Tax Case relate to Murray Group Holdings Limited, Murray Group Management Limited, The Premier Group Property Limited, GM Mining Limited and RFC 2012 PLC (in liquidation).

That's because u are a NEW CLUB.  The ****S want the old league titles but don't want to pay any tax.  U couldn't make it up

"the HMRC successful appeal on the Rangers Big Tax Case is a great day for the taxpayer"

surely you mean a dark day for the taxpayers.

HMRC wasting taxpayers money over and over again by constantly pursuing a case that had already finished against a company they had already put out of business.

you would almost think that somebody at HMRC had a hidden agenda here since they can't claim back any money from the club.
By:
brac
When: 05 Nov 15 12:08
Dont be silly outpost HMRC are looking at the big picture and they cant let someone get away with what is theftAngry If Rangers paid the tax bill there would be no issue

You are right in one respect though this has nothing to do with newco, who are indeed a new club and have no tax liability, the Rangers that died and the people like Murray should be taken for everything possible and if the SFA and CO (EBT and conflicted) had a back bone this would include removal of titles from the club that died in shameSad

But because this is corrupt Scotland they will let it slide if at all possible, lets hope newspapers and the other lawfull tax paying scottish clubs keep at them in order that justice can be doneCool
