Wonder how much they going to pay Pulis??? after hearing his 'demands' of forty k as the first hurdle, and then Petrescu wanting 30k, must be offering him 20-25 plus a huge bonus, surely 10k which was what Holloway was on was the wage for Dowie Laugh

and so it continues... Pulis sat mulling over the offer??? thinking to himself, how taking this job could wreck his great reputation in the game of NEVER having been relegated or will he take the bait???? and if he doesn't then who goes favorite Laugh

this market has been dull today. we need some action! come on palace and pulis get your acts together and preferably disagree on the contract. we can then start another round of speculation.Laugh

Guess it is the right appointment in respect that they (Palace) genuinely want to give themselves a chance of staying up by appointing a manager with a good record in the league albeit a totally different scenario, but having read what he had said about the academy at Stoke then perhaps this does look good with the way that Palace have had to use their very decent academy over the past years, good luck to everyone concerened. Nice1.

Probably just money being gambled as the potential announcement drags.  If they agreed terms today it still takes time for the contract to be setup and finally signed.

Who knows, maybe genuine itk money.  If its not Pulis who they going to get at this stage?  Thought Strama might get it for awhile but they seem to believe they need an experienced manager to help them stay up (lol).

Dowie caused an uproar so that leaves Warnock or Millen.

They have been doing too much 'negotiating' for my liking, even did a pc today for saturday's game... quite bizarre when you think about it, i don't think Pulis fancies it.. 1/2..... he was 1/10 twenty mins ago...

Millen saying his desk has been moved already and talking about Hull likely being his last match in charge.

Sure Burnley will be pleased if that's the case.  Wait until the int. break is over then unsettle them.
