The French Farce looks like it continue for four more years, oh dear! When we were beaten at Wembley by a team about to be relegated that should have been the coup de gras, yet he stumbled on and now falls into a new contract. My Arsenal comrades, prepare for years of frustration and ridicule as le grande egotist remains in dictatorial control. By the way, can you imagine the new contract 'negotiations' with Gazidis, a chief executive he employs.

Arsene just cannot take another stumbling fourth place finish, the whiff of stagnation will become the stench of total apathy, even the king with no clothes understands this now.

The usual tedious, apparently wilfully ignorant complaints churned out by people with no conception of what it's taken to transform the club's entire financial structure in the last 8 years. Together with
the significantly increased competition since Abramovich's arrival on the scene, coinciding with Arsenal's new stadium venture. And btw, the club employs both chief executive and manager, while the chief executive carries major responsibility for hiring and firing and finance. |

Even Wenger accepts that the 'transformation' period is now over, and no big club in europe would accept eight years without a trophy and the crumbs of a fourth place finish. And btw, those who disregard the fact that the 'club' that employs both chief executive and manager, is now totally dominated by a dictator, display a wilfull, tedious ignorance. The 'club' has an absentee landlord, a board happy to pocket the yearly dividends, and a chief executive interviewed and employed by Wenger, the hiring, firing and finances are dictated by one man, getit now!

One minute it seemed they had highlighted Higuain as the player they wanted now that seems to have hit a brick wall on the price....well guess what it you want them you have to pay for them, and that is normally above what you perceive the price to be. So now it seems to have moved to Suarez, who cant even start the season, and if they think Liverpool are going to let him go on the cheap they must be mad. Higuain seemed a good fit to me and if Cavani is 50 odd mill what do they think Higuain's price is  |

Buy a big goalkeeper Stand him behind a big centre half who orders and shouts at his teammates Buy a big strong centre forward whose name is not Carroll Spend £30million on this and you wont go far wrong. |

Arsene, now is the summer of our discontent. Do you realize there is growing anger and frustration with a transfer policy that leaves the club open to ridicule. Where is Ivan Gazidis? What has Dick Law been doing for the last two months? Where is Higuain? Arsene, if you have a clue get back to me.

Bernard, Juninho style left footer with a good attitude. According to Tim Vickery, not ready for PL till maybe next year, could jeopardise his place in the world cup squad if he fails to play regular football. Ready-to-play Paulinho 16 mill, not-quite-ready Bernard 22 mill, hopefully we have a Coutinho style immediate impact player. Final judgement, signs look good but will take time.

Like i have said (many times)...you and your ilk cannot even raise enough support for a demonstration. And the minute you unfurl a banner you end up in Accident and Emergency.

The players at the club buy into this 4th place losers philosophy (those with a burning desire to win leave), the board (for obvious reasons) buy into it, there is not a big club in Europe where the fans would accept that a manager retains his position when he's clearly in decline. We pay our manager 7 mill a year and the criteria for 'success' is 4th place, unbelievable! A once great manager is now an excellent salesman, selling the future, selling 4th place, selling our best players. The 'In Wenger we Trust' banner is unfurled with sheepish embarrassment these days, but ultimately, you can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
