hearing the MC in the boxing introduce a match I can't bet on with the words "sponsored by betfair - don't settle for less!" was especially calming.

Considering share markets have been booming for a year or so now I would have thought 'investors' in Betfair would be sick as pigs at the performance, they've got such a great product and a virtual monopoly and yet they manage to fcuk it up like this? Management must be the worst in the world.
