Don't worry, they'll offer all football punters a no commission bet on the Grand National or something. Everyone else on other sports can go jump.

Hey, isn't it about time the Racing Post carried an investigative piece on behalf of its readers? Ha, not gonna happen tho is it? Advertising and all that.

CORPORATE GREED is to blame.  Premium charge, layoffs, Casino games ETC ETC. GREED GREED GREED.  But, they will apologize.

First time this has cost me.... I will be asking them to credit my bet as clearly meant and inputted (twice). They told me to refresh my browser w/out giving any indication that the site was down and that I wd have to trade out on another site.

It's not because of greed the website goes down all the time and they have poor customer service, they're just a rubbish company.

yep - now all BF have to do is advertise in every paper and website in the world and they're home free.

It is because of a site too full of extras. They need Betfairexchange.com and Betfaircasino.com and dont mix the two.

yeah no live chat.. a pity.. because they earn so much on comission.

Imagine saying having a Market with 8,500,000 eur match on that only... they get around 4.8% of that amount due to commissionMischiefMischief..

What a f@cking disgrace. if this was a decent company, someone would have been fired by now and put someone competent in place. An utter joke.

The liquidity on some of the markets I trade has clearly improved on **** over the last few weeks. Think it may be time for me to definitely move there.

Their corporate greed means they put efforts in places that they can skin the most and easiest money.  Not keeping their infrastructure up to snuff is to cut and skimp on costs, which they brilliantly think makes them ore money.  GREED GREED GREED.  I thought that was the American way, not the British way of doing things

thankfully i don't have too much invested this weekend but this is truly unbelievable! these ridiculous suspends must have cost me over 500 quid over the last few weekends!! truly ridiculously poor service!!! and once again no sign of any explanation or apology from betfair! any other large company would be nigh on bankrupt by now with the droves of customers leaving! how do we let them get away with this. i am sure there will be many people out there who have lost way more than i have???????????
