You cant really have complaints about the site going down if it isnt that regular, but you can be annoyed by what happens after that - voiding, refunds, improving it so it doesnt reoccur. Any website can have problems.

they're too busy finding extra ways to take extra money off u mugs with 20%-60% pc, cross matching, cash out, fixed odds, arcade games, casino etc that they've ruined the core product of the exchange and running of the website.
