The Betfair argument is that voiding the bets would be unfair to those who put them on before the match and expect to get paid out. I would argue the opposite - more annoyance is caused for the people betting in play than those who would be annoyed by that - AND, those people would not lose anything anyway.

If they don't viod here then that is me 100% over to the Purple and I would suggest that most follow - it is the only way they will ultimately listen.

Very disappointed with the absolutely appalling service from Betfair tonight.  They have cost a lot of people a lot of money.  If we can't cash out then we make as well go back to the old bookies.  What confidence can we have to use them in the future?

this is the last straw for me, I'm going to the other one.  I suggest that everyone else who is moaning about the service Betfair offers also does the same.  Then they will start to listen.  If you moaners continue to hang around here then nothing will change.

Everytime I try I cant login, book, I never know what my password is. And it is usually in this type of situation. Then I call them, and their phones are too busy because of Betfair refugees.
