yomomma - first of all, no one is forcing you to enter. It's free. It's a bit of fun.
Last season, I did pretty much what you/dellman are suggesting. The nearest person each week won £50. And I got messages and emails moaning that people were winning for getting 4 out of 7, the prize was too small etc So, this season, I thought I'd change it - and because I have only a limited budget and so can't whack the prize up to hundreds each week, I thought I'd try having it roll over so that someone will eventually win a heftier pot of cash. I'm hoping that we might roll over to £500 or more, and then someone hits the 8. And I think they will, given that both weeks so far we've had people get 7. But as I said earlier, it's just intended to be a bit of fun that is free and easy to enter - and no-one is obliged to get involved! |
