If you stake £10 on 74 successive full bank successful bets every day @ odds of roughly 1.1 it will rise to £10000!
I'm going to do one bet a day for the next 74 days and if I lose I will start again.

The difference between this and the other thread is and assuming im winning, ill only post and stick to one a day, theres no liquidity yet but im thinking of backing all saints not to keep a clean sheet v helsingborg.

Josef, it's amazing how a bank can quickly accummulate with a staking plan of 100% - good luck to you gooner but I hate to be pessimistic about this - it is VERY hard to do when you're saying. I have tried it myself with £2 starting and got to about 12 successive wins - all on tennis as it is the most consistent in returning on favourites. Good Luck though and it is worth a pop at £10 starting anyway.

at odds of 1.1 im sure your well within your rights to get 74 but 74 without a blip is a task, patience is probably the key, 10000 of the course of 3 - 6 months is a decent timescale that i think would be the key rather than trying to bang out 74 in the course of a week better chance that way of picking good bets rather that 'punting' gl |

I had to change my bet today because I have problems with my card and I cant deposit until tomorrow so I had to put my first bet on in the betting shop. So I went to William Hill and the Slovan match was not on the slip so I changed to the HJK Helsinki game and I backed them!
So bet 1: HJK Helsinki to beat KR Reykjavik @ 2/7 Result: Won 7-0 Running bank: £12.86 The odds were good so its basically 2 down 72 to go! Its definitely all about patience but there is normally always one opportunity a day and yeah you are right its better to do it in play but I don't want to keep repeating so I will do some bets ante post! TNS no clean sheet is a popular bet, I hope Helsingborg score at least 1 for you all! GOOD LUCK! |

Challenges will go a stray loads of times but if you are persistent, one will come in eventually!
You got to remember the odds of doing this are 1000/1 but if you are patient some 1.1 shots seem like 1.01s and 1.02s! Greatttt 2-0! Thats 2 down because of the good odds and 72 to go! |

Just had a brief look to plan it around work and being home for an in-play gamble.
For decent short odds punts, if you want to get it out the way early, in Brazil America MG should win. Think someone has already gone for AEL against Linfield which should be safe. Home Utd should beat Geylang in Singapore. Molde also looks a possible banker. I'd probably avoid BATE Borisov though. I love the Euro preliminaries, usually easy money. Helsingborgs putting the pressure on a bit more now, let's have a goal!! |

Still no goal for Helsingborgs... I'm surprised, I remember last year their qualifier they got hammered!
Hmmmm I'll have a look at those bankers and let you know what I decide. If I don't go for one I'll have a punt in play instead. Euro qualifiers are usually really easy! I've got £300 on Phil Taylor to win World Matchplay Darts @ 2.62 too so fingers crossed for that :P. |
