I wanna hang myself to death... I dont deserve to live. It feels like beyond death for me at the moment. I went out of the house for 15 minutes but I felt even worse in the streets. I just feel abysmal. Massive downfall from grace. Once I build a bank I indulge in too many matches to bet way too many and that has screwed my mind over.

Why not set yourself a daily target. I limit myself to 5% of my bank per day for football games (i dont bet everyday,only if i fancy something) and 3% of my bank for golf,racing etc
Can turn over nice wins with limiting the damage |

how? What do I do? I just seem confident while winning but when I lose a bet or two I cant handle it. Goals is my only market and match odds sometimes. What strategy do I do?

I had 750 this morning put285 on 275 runs or more for pakistan when they were batting first... they were 113/0 then 160/2 and 193/6 and ended up scoring 262. I couldn't trade before or reduce exposure as I wanted to wait till later on which was a mistake. After that I lost it all. When bad luck comes knocking on your door in gambling just dont open the door seal the doors, in other words just don't chase or even bet after losing in such a manner. I wish I could have someone slap me across the face and break my bones

I know how it feels, sometimes its very hard to resist the urge to bet. Although not at such a scale I too have lost some money recently, I've made about half of it back, I lost the money by overbetting, betting on things that I didn't understand and Just the feeling that I need a bet.
Bet an amount that you can afford to lose, be selective and bet on the things that have historically made you maney. Good luck and I hope this feeling passes and the loss hasn't hit your household expenses too hard. |

danwil I tried exactly what you mentioned lost it and won more than half back and withdrew 1066 in the process as well but lost the plot last night again and today was the eventual downfall. You know what I realized about winning bets is... cherish them when you have it and don't simply get over confident and bet more. Stick too few bets even if you have a big bank that is. I keep getting flashes of 2351 in my mind and it hurts soo much man. I even self excluded myself from live casino, casino, arcade. I used to lose before on that but now I've lost it all in sports betting. I live in a horrible horrible life. I don't feel human

Youv'e probably got more going for you than you think SrgtDouche. I hate my job and my frame of mind isn't always good and I have betted wrecklessly when my frame of mind wasn't good. At some point in the future you will be thinking more clearly, perhaps ease of the betting till then. |

well i have done exactly same when i was 18 two years ago i deposited £200 into bet365 and turned it into £2000. then i put the lot on world cup final spread it over about 8 different bets and the lot came in won a fortune went to magaluff on a lads holiday bought a car with winnings thought i was invincible.

bob I withdrew 1870 out of that 3.3k 3 weeks back and then from the remaining I took it to 2351. The 1870 withdrew it into cash and I have it my bank and plus bought some goodies off the LFC website. I have to waut 24 hours cuz I deposited 500 euros into my bank but since it's the weekday it hasn't gone in and I can't transfer funds directly here need it go to the bank then onto entropay.

danwil I have nothing going on in my life mate... my dad is recovering from illness... I don't socialize much. I go to work then back at home betting. I only hang with friends that come from the US every summer and winter. Rarely do I socialize these days and when I'm broke I feel extremely very lonely and dont liek talking to anybody.
