I know its only the Charity Shield but there certainly wasnt much in the game at Wembley. Seem to recall Chelsea resorting to dirty tactics (elbowing evra) in order to score a goal as well. And that was just a friendly. God knows what theyll do on Sunday to win. I dont think United will mind coming into the game as underdogs, and Ive got a feeling Rooney will be on a high after just becoming a dad. Can see a 1-1. This is what I think Fergie will opt for...

citing the charity shield is hardly the right game to draw comparisons with, as the utd team is somewhat weaker at the mo'. and hoping that his new status as a daddie will inspire utd to overcome the odds :)..well.

I would imagine it will be more or less the same back 5 as the one that started the 3-0 at OT. Which Ferdinand also missed through injury. Neville started that game so maybe OShea will take that spot. That result seems to have been ignored as an abberation. Chelsea in great form v Blackburn and Bolton in recent weeks, the losses at Villa and Wigan also deemed to be abberations I suppose. I think the odds are fair and make Chelsea favourites but to listen to some on here you'd think they were playing a team they'd actually managed to beat in the last 3 or 4 matches. |

1.01 Landed,never agree with Wenger but all Fletcher does is run around fouling and arguing with the ref,champagne moment Joey Cole kicked Fletcher back and Fletcher took umbrage and give him a slap . It couldnt be a spectacle with the way Utd play, 3 points on the way to bringing it back home though. 1 Hour of the game wasted with Deco on the pitch, has the work rate of a Koala and left us out numbered in midfield .
