Most of these will struggle to get 12f anywhere if breeding is anything to go by .
The Lion In Winter , Delacroix and Windlord look as if they might but are far from certain to get the Epsom 12 .
Lambourn did The Futurity form no harm when runner up to Delacroix .
The Lion In Winter is far from certain to run . He might not be ready for The Dante . Take another look at his form and you should see that it is not cast iron . Paddy Twomey's yard was not at its best last season and his Currawood has had his limitations exposed this time round with the stable in top gear. In The Acomb The Lion In Winter beat decent types but the only G1 horse in the race did not fire .
One could also make a case for Delacroix to be on +1 if you take into consideration the last runs of Lambourn , Puppet Master and Wemightakedelongway . That should become more clear tomorrow .

Nobody loves Delacroix , "experts " knock him for being a "grinder " or knock him for showing a pretty good turn of foot off of a slow pace . His form holds up without fictional upgrades . Whirl is the latest to help his form . Take a good look for yourself . Delacroix is not a Sea Bird II or Galileo but he is a good horse .
Oh dear , The Dante result throws a spanner in the works . 5/2 Delacroix is too short as it would be wrong to have him favourite over the Guineas winner . The horse to take from The Dante is the Sandown winner , Swagman .
