Q school first to see if Sherrock wins her tour card. Achieve that and she's in for sure.
Can't remember the last time I watched the PL. Interest in it is long gone for me. |

tbf Smith was outplayed in the 8th set but Wright missed countless doubles and seemed to be gone himself.
From 5-4, 2-0 though Smith was terrible. Smith looks depressed even when he has just hit a 180 or won a set, really not the sort of body language you expect from an elite competitor. Maybe there is something to be said for Gerwyn's antics. |

I'm not the biggest darts fan and probably only seen about 8 of the PDC finals, but I doubt Wright would have won any of those others playing at that level.
I think the standard has dropped a bit. |

That early leg of 28 darts destroyed the averages.
I'm gonna look up the leg in leg stats as many were sub 15 darts. As for the standard dropping, Wade said this a year or 2 ago and got slated. Darts Gold - Great seeing Barney ko the Goblin again |

well done Wright backers. Smith saw the finishing line at 5-4 2-0 and his head started to go. Wright sensed it and from 5-5 it all went one way. I thought this was going to be Smith's big breakthrough but he's the bridesmaid once again
