One of those markets where I’ve traded a bit, kept following where I felt the value was against the market’s increasing insistence (up to a little over £10k draw red) and am now nominally just a tiny bit green. Lucky with today’s weather, to be honest but I think I get a bit of credit for knowing that showery forecasts can change and that set in rain is different.

Have taken a few hundred of my red off at a slightly better than break ever 2.42 but should have waited. Could see 3s when more folk wake up and play is about to start on time.

Odds on draw backers waking up this morning will be feeling the pain. Laugh

I layed the draw with everything I had(600 euros) at stumps. Seemed a low risk lay as market was reacting to 4 overs not bowled in the day, which is insignificant.

England will continue to play at a brisk rate.

Too much rain was already priced in.

Windies have nothing to play for, unless they can bowl England out quickly when play resumes.

And nobody got rich laying England in England.

About 220 overs left in the game I think.

Eng have a 5 man attack plus stokes, who I heard is injured. They are going to be all over windies. Will need a lot of rain for a draw.

An inspired comment. They lasted about a minute after you posted this.

t's only the second time since 1975 that an England batsman has been in the 90s overnight and failed to get a hundred. Kevin Pietersen is the only other one in Brisbane in 2006 when he fell for 92.

anyone laying England to get 300? I have not had any bets on the game but it would not surprise me if Eng. are all out for 280 now.

that is such an infuriating way to get out..playing on..really annoys me but happens more frequently than it should

All out by lunch at this rate. The market still happy to be supporting India, ooops, sorry. I mean England. If we get a full day's play, could it be one of those days where WI come in and are all out.

Laid 1.12 for £4 just for fun before the seventh went down.

Eng showing their true colours..they will get mullered by India or Oz and yet Kiwis on a good day if not the mercurial Pakistan as well
