Just give Smith the wide stuff agree, similar to Hoggards delivery to stop Gilchrist breaking the record in 2006/07

Make him move right across eventually and set him up, bowl the odd yorker at him and maybe mix it up, but on the whole just bowl pure wide filth to get him frustrated?
