Yeah maybe they are but I do not think so. My friend the forecaster is totally into his forecasting but when it comes to betting he would not have a clue. And he is an avid cricket fan too so understands the game very well. There may be others that I am unaware of...

Yes people do believe it and so if you can be quick enough you can profit from it. Thought that move was a bit slow though. I think there will be rain, but the SUn Mon Tues forecast will be very telling when it hits.
