I would go with the eating little and often advice, although try to concentrate on things that make you feel less sick.

DT,

You are the new mini me!

Without being rude or sounding like a sexual predator but how tall are you? My mate had a girl friend once who was 5ft 7 in tall and stick thin but had massive boobies and she weighed in at 47kg.

Couldn't sleep last night. Woke up this morning, walked into the kitchen and the clock said 16.35..........argh

Then I realised there was a power cut!

It is going to be an exciting day today. Will it rain or won't it. I am discounting a SL win for no apparent reason except it cannot be done on paper. 90 runs a session is quite doable by all accounts but it is just not right. The new ball will be available after lunch. I think Gabriel with the new ball will be the main threat. The pitch does not look like spinning but there is still some uneven bounce.

I am hoping that any rain delay ( if ) will result in a blockathon. Two wicket should see them thinking about surviving rather than winning assuming they don't whack off a hundred before lunch without a wicket.

I guess a couple of early wickets and we will all be in the same position as DT is now.

Make sure Juce does not fart in your direction. That could be construed as common assault if not worse!

Gosh that rain might miss. Best hope I think is morning session, which, if it happens may be a good time to clear WI.

If Sri lanka pull this off from here it will be a herculean feat that re writes the cricketing history books !! all whilst given the uncertain forecast and still needing 277 runs on a fifth day wicket that is doing a bit all round with the seven wickets left, 10s does look awfully short to win this test match Happy

They’re at 9s now. I think that’s too short but I’ve resisted laying them all along as I don’t trust the WI attack and it remains a decent surface. Draw moved up to 3.9 Now and SL under 9s.

The fact that SL has a chance I believe helps the draw in that at some point WI may be fearful of losing and so may try and restrict run scoring. Of course the nearer they get to the target the easier it will be for WI to get wickets with the uneven bounce. A bit of a quandry for the WI.  I think a short sharp burst from Gabriel and Roach then save them for the new ball after lunch. That is when WI have their best chance. INfact roast the nightwatchman first and bring in a batsman.

Assuming the nwm isn’t out early, it’s also in favour of the draw, as he won’t be playing many shots, presumably.

Market seems to have priced in the nightwatchman's wicket. There might be slight panic if he's still out there 30 min into the game.

I have a feeling Mendis may go early and make it a dull contest.

Chandimal news from cricinfo-
He retired ill after facing 23 deliveries, however, due to symptoms of sun-stroke. Chandimal did not bat for the remainder of the day, but is expected to return to the crease on Sunday.

I have cashed out for 530 red all results. Could have cashed out for 290 last night, but didn't. It hurts, but that's how it is.

I usualy do well till I place that massive bet and it goes wrong.

I was doing ok as had a lot of green to play with. Was taking risks. Turns out only one bet got me from a flat position to 500 red. I do this often, just need to kill this habit, like I have successfully killed a few others.

There's always the next opportunity.

I was twice in a position to cash out for 400 and 300 green during this game. So basically i've lost about 1k here. Reminds me of an article pxb pointed to, related to betting psychology. A guy goes to vegas with his wife, bets 5 bucks on roulette and ends up winning nearly a mil with further bets. Then he loses it all. Goes back to his wife and she asks how was it. He tells her he lost 5 bucks.

Well Terry, the point of the article was, all money is equal. But we tend to think differently when gambling with our already won green..
