So market moving depending on who is on strike.

Got my red down to 1/4 of original 1st day horror.

so about 24 balls ago 1.37 was seen on NZ....hate how time/ball decay doesnt work in these markets.
By:
VardonVoo.
When: 26 Mar 18 07:41
Uncanny how often the market has ends up sticking at about 1.3ish - in chaos theory that would be called a 'strange attractor'.

About 6 overs later we finally get 1 tick higher.
By:
VardonVoo.
When: 26 Mar 18 07:49
In theory, if it was the same bowler versus the same batsman for every remaining ball, it should follow an option time-value decay curve, accelerating disproportionately in the last few overs.

They did well to get this far, considering how cheaply some of those wickets went.

7 wickets on a flat 3rd day track , unreal
By:

It's how they lose. Wickets galore at the end of sessions/ days and huge collapses.  Completely ineffective with the ball unless it's seaming sideways.  No spin, no pace, no respect . Reprehensible

Fast becoming the worst England side in 30 years. Hope they keep losing !

I think you’re letting your pocket talk too much or just being unfair. England didn’t do especially well today but sides rarely bat out fifth days, even on flat wicket, with only 7 left. They threw away too many wickets but again, that’s what sides do. Day 1 was the crime.

Oddly I actually slightly increased green with last day trading. There was a massive draw crash after Overton out.

I won over 2k, it's not my pocket
They will win nothing for the foreseeable future with this team or whoever replaces them
Absolutely no quality in any aspect of the team
Nz are a steady side and we just got hammered by an innings! !

Root is okay,  stokes is okay,  the bastard is okay the rest are over the hill or not good enough. That's 8 new players required

With all the stoppage that was not a 5th day pitch it was a 3 & half ..........that was a featherbed pitch anyway and nearly all Eng wickets were soft.    All the top order got starts.  That should have been saved.

I am also raging at myself though, I traded that equally poorly and am fortunate to come out with a £57 red

Wickets to Wagner ffs. He doesn't move one ball off the straight. Just let him bowl himself into the ground.  130km  per hour bouncers !

It was actually agreeing with you about almost everything, just saying that you can’t expect sides to survive day 5 even on a featherbed because they’re imbecilic and play attacking shots when they shouldn’t. Also that Wagner is more effective than he ought to be, yes, although he’s obviously awkward and the ball that got Woakes was a brute.

I think he was in two minds, knowing he should leave it but also thinking he could slog it for an easy 4.

Ok, need to box clever, change stance, adopt a negative attitude like he does. All he has is a 130k short ball and an ability to test your patience for a period of time. Over the wicket open the stance right up bat on/outside leg, and around the wicket bat on/outside off stump. It's not rocket science, he's been doing it for a while now.
Make him try and hit the wickets as you will inevitably be leaving them in view!!

look how Amla annihilated Swann in recent times (batting miles outside off)  or Lara, Sachin against Warne. You need to think outside the box. Open your stance up and make him change his ONLY plan. If you bat on middle, leg with a massively open stance, he's already thinking about how to change it up.
By:

When: 26 Mar 18 12:17
I think take a normal stance, because you don’t want him getting you with a leg stump yorker but just duck everything short and forget that you have a bat unless he bowls full. It does seem to be extremely difficult for batsmen to change their approach though. Perhaps changing stance is the way to force it.

Just don’t even lift the bat when playing him.
