Oh you're very local! I'm in Mitcham. If you're near a Lidl,  see if yours does a range of meaty snacks called "Fori". They're a bit like pemmican - dried meat mixed with seeds and fruit. Bit healthier than eating biscuits and crisps.

I've got Moroccan lamb with apricot and date, chilli beef with cranberry and date, piri piri chicken with apricot and chilli and there's a turkey one which I wasn't struck by it to be honest. I look at them as emergency field rations. Biltong's good too but rather too moreish and expensive unless you make your own (easy to do in fact).

Have to be careful if you go FULL PRO terry.
Far too easy to put on the lbs if you sit watching cricket all day

Missed 4.2, then only got a nibble at 5.2, 5.1, missed 5.0 and below - now I can't even get matched at 7.0.

And to add insult to injury 'er indoors is bleating about me driving her to her hospital appointment so she doesn't have to wait for a bus in this monsoon weather, before stumps!!

When Asda used to stock the black-pack superhot pepperamis I used to buy the whole carton.

As for tea - I'm sure I stay slim by drinking tea all day - keeps my stomach full. Hard to find loose leaf though these days.
