It depends how long they can keep Steve Smith at the wicket to slow down the rate.

Needed more of a finish than this but think the market has over reacted to them finishing a few short.

Its interest. Maybe not such an easy pitch to score on.

Criminally Negligent Cricket by Kiwi's but I was Criminally Negligent in not taking advantage of the short lived flip.   I could have waited for that bacon sandwich!

The board is also over reacting to the finish! Rubbish that they didn't (or at least won't) get to 300 but is still a total they could readily enough defend if it swings first up or even if a few other things go right instead.

Having scaled down I've now gone back in fairly big on Kiwis.

Am gutted I didn't fire off a huge Kiwi lay at 2.04 though - would be in utter clover now.

Apart form with the hard new ball its is not easy to score. Especially from a standing start.

Sure it's not a minefield disguised as a runway?

Taylor is a bit rubbish. Agree with the king on that one. I think Aus quite rightly favoured but not at all convinced it's the kind of trivial chase England faced (and even there an early wicket spooked the market).
