Actually a bit silly that, in terms of what the market looks like - not much resistance to the draw going up and lots to it falling.

Boult isn't 100% certain to play either

Being exposed to a draw train is not the way forward here.
Even when Aus were all out for spit in Hobart, and 15 wicket fell on day 1, the draw still got back into the 2s & the forecast was better than this |
By:
after saying i was going to sit back and wait with my green book i am now fully exposed.

I feel like I'm trading penny shares again!!

ok, ill admit it also........WTF..........

Oh yes, them! You buy something and immediately find you're already sitting on a paper loss of half your money at the first tick down cos of the yawning spread.

The timescales and screen-watching are the killers. At least cricket is all done and dusted after five days.

Im confused. I woke up and had a quick look at the forecast. Thought o no the draw will be in the 1.70's and I have been laying higher than that. Then went to the market and see its 2.26. WTF? The forecast has gotten worse than last I saw it. So I think I might have to reverse again and back the draw for a bit. THe radar looks especially bad for Sunday and Monday. No rain on Saturday though so a full days play there, maybe a spit very early in the morning but thats it: http://www.metservice.com/towns-cities/hamilton

By:
we have been confused for the last 5 hours Tyco
By:
That was a surprise. Although I'm still all green. yr.no is showing hardly any rain and I assume all the global forecasts are similar.
We will see what the radar looks like Sat morning, but I am expecting no more than the odd shower. |

South Africa have won the toss and elected to bat!
By:
1.47 draw backers must be feeling a bit twitchy
By:
Saturday looks like a bit of a lottery on the rain maps, rain showers could hit all day or there could be nothing.
By:
If you are backing the draw you also have the hedge of laying first inns runs for the team batting first
By:
the weather channel have an 80% chance of rain on every day.

NZ bowlers dropping like flies: Boult now out of test with Southee, L Ferguson unavailable due to injury so Kuggeleijn gets callup

Kuggeleijn? Wow that is interesting in itself. He has recently been in court and acquitted of rape charges so there will be some groups in NZ that will not be too happy. But good on him, found not quilty and so it should be. His dad played briefly for NZ as well. Good player.

please god SA win the toss and bat
By:
Hi Dan.. it will probably be please NZ win toss and bowl.....
By:
ok that works as well

By:
I think if SA win toss they may well bowl if the pitch is going to look as green as it did yesterday.
By:
can add a few runs also.......
By:
At this speed we might see 5 soon with showers predicted every day, funny i m backing draw at every 20 clicks now
By:
i still fail to see anything other than rain on Sunday and Monday right now....
