If it drifts out to 2.6 again I am going in again.

I need it to come down first. Perhaps I'm being too stubborn but having taken on some 2.2 as well as 2.3 I'm not laying above 2.1.

I am checking yr.no and it mentions light rain on every day but no melt down kind of rain so i guess this might be on and off test but still not enough time for a result

Also i believe saffer are too short here , if they lose toss they probably would be the only team that can lose.

It looks quite likely that this test will need to see almost all the cricket required for a result in two showery days at the end of the five, because the first three will be very wet. Could be wrong but it really doesn't look propitious for much cricket early on. I think it's a draw train but I'd like a bit of uncertainty in the market to trade. Having had two of my lays taken at 2.1 and 2, would love the chance to take some more draw on back up at 2.2. Ideally the price would fluctuate a lot more in the run up.

Just woke up to see it at 2.06 and now its at 1.99 to lay. This could very well be a train to 1.01 if the forecast stays the same...

F.S

I too would like similar.

Currently seems most unlikely.

A mini collapse is imminent i would think but a rebound i don't see just yet, if at all.

What would have to happen for the match to be called off?

Cash out right now is too tempting but 7K green on draw is even more tempting

Sit tight Steam this ride hasn't finished yet.
By:
tyco161
When: 21 Mar 17 20:57
Well the match will not get called off. The umpires will assess each day whether play is possible and when the ground is dry enough then the players will get on and play. Im sure not all 5 days are going to be complete washouts so somewhere along the line some batting and bowling will get done.

NZ Tab currently have draw at 1.62. That said they are only offering 5.75 on NZ and 2.80 on SA.

Im red on the draw. Pretty sure we'll get better price.
By:

The above statement is also influenced by the fact that whenever i back the draw i lose money.

Into 1.85 now this thing is starting to move. Each increment of a cent down now worth a lot more than when it was in the mid 2's. Do ppl even realise that when betting on things. That a move from 1.60 to 1.50 is almost twice as much as a move from 2.00 to 1.90?

When: 21 Mar 17 21:23
Exactly Tyco , that is why i am wondering if this is a good point to get off or just ride on !! Saturday now looks fine and so does Tuesday and Wednesday surely we can see better prices on draw
By:
peckerdunne
When: 21 Mar 17 21:29
Saturday still appears to have at least an even money chance of interruptions imho and if the start is delayed........
By:
detraveller
When: 21 Mar 17 21:29
I am thinking we might easily get more than half a day's play on Saturday. Seeing the players on the field first up alone will give us a better price than 1.85, which is why im reluctant backing it now.

I might come to repent it but I am off, happy with 1.7 K green all over pre match. 1.85 is when i got off so ill see if i get better prices on draw or not
