sorry pxb was on saffers, all prices will bevolatile from now on
kiwi price could go north very quickly if openers get off to a good start
or go very short with wickets
very interesting passage of play now

I'm on SAF, with some green on the draw. SAF will need at least 150 lead to have a reasonable chance of avoiding a loss, with the forecast rain.

not sure how much time will be lost on sunday
it would have to be significant if saffers lead was only 200 ish

Saffers were under severe pressure there, that is a massive stroke of luck for many of us. If Amla had gone there I was buried!

Manoevered myself pretty solidly on draw at prices in the 3s and didn't lay off until mid 2s plus kept a fair bit more than I had earlier so rather like my book now, although still vulnerable to a.Kiwi rampage.

that big chunk of rain looks like it could arrive tomorrow afternoon now, SA might only need to bat for 2 sessions to avoid defeat.

Yes, although hard to call it precisely. If it's even close to correct it's very hard to see how SA wins this though: even with four more sessions played they'd pretty much have to collapse in two of them then bowl the Kiwis out in the other two.

SAF need a Goldilocks score, which rarely happens.

Yep, that's the correct concept here, with the particular disadvantage that we don't even know what that score should be because it depends on the rain.

So are we saying that a NZ win is more likely than a SAF win if the forecast is right.?

1.88 great value for the draw considering sunday high chance of being no play

Much, much more likely, I would say. If there's a lot of rain the game is probably a draw but NZ could still win by wrecking th SA second innings, whereas SA only gets the chance to bowl NZ out in a hurry if they're all out themselves for an inadequately total. It's possible, but it's a very narrow landing strip. Course that does assume a lot of rain but even postulating little to no time lost, it's hardly trivial for SA to win as there would still be somewhat of an issue around either batting too long and running out of time or being bowed out cheaply leaving too easy a chase.
