ASDA has good price glitches though - sometimes their 3-for 2 offers don't register on the ASDA Price Guarantee site, so as long as you bought ten or more items that can be compared to other supermarkets, you'll get money back on the difference, plus you got the third item for free anyway even though the APG site thinks you paid full price for the three items. Only happens occasionally, unfortunately - and rarely on alcohol.

A few years ago i lived more or less on the beach.I wanted some light summer socks just to knock about in.
I happened to be in Tesco and saw this 6 pack of light socks, browns and tans, reduced to £7.99, so i thought will do for now and bought a pack. When i got to the till i was charged £1.99. That evening i was the proud owner of 42 new pairs of socks... ![]() |

Who the hell buys supermarket pancakes? All the fun is in making them and eating them before they get as far as the table whilst the next one is frying.

Grant - treat yourself to a two-ring electric hob. I lived for years quite happily with one of those (cost me a fiver at a boot sale), a fridge, a kettle and a Popty-Ping.

It was because i often walked the dunes, which sometimes had shards that would cut..
And i'm sticking to that ok... |

Look at the tyre marks, the outfield must be absolutely soaking |

Saw a pic with them using blowers to dry the square, any more rain and they're fked

Makes sense - he does spout a lot of hot air, that Blowers guy.

Ok so now i'm betting 100s of pounds on the depth of tyre tracks on a cricket field...
How would i ever have explained that to my poor old dad when i was 15 and he was reefing me out of the betting shop when i should have been at school, i was marking the board.. ![]() |
