because theres been 35.4 more overs bowled?
By:
think more wise to go on india than a draw at this stage
By:
i got £150 on england at 1.74, just had £6 on india so i'm green on them too, works out better than just laying the draw
By:
think as four sessions left we will see either runs or indian wkts result for me
By:
Liam,
Those who fight and runa away! India had there chance to make this game safe and earn me plenty moolah but several batsmen threw their wickets away. They should still be batting and my money should have been green. I made the right call to lay England but it did not come off. C'est la vie. Now have to try and scrape some green on draw just in case! |
By:
yeah you've been unlucky, i'm happy with my green on england/india here
By:
This is where you want Sehwag in the team to come out and smack 16 off the first over to put the shi-itters up the opposing team for a laugh !
By:
I think India get plenty of runs but England can bowl into the rough at any time to slow things down. India only hope is for Sharwan to do a Sehwag tonight. India get 140 off 40 overs this evening and the market goes into flux but I cannot see an India win.

By:
tbf this has gone/looks like going the way most people were saying before play today. 4 session job for India with a target of 450 it seems.
By:
hit the fcuking ball
By:
6 more overs
By:
kept my India though............

By:
cant see this boy declaring now when 40 short of a ton, looks like they ill bat after tea
By:
cook to bat until he gets his century you'd think
By:
always worth a tickle on India for a trade as punters panic a bit if they get 66-0.
By:
these runs are just pointless, india wont get anywhere near this total even if they bat out every over
By:
would look better for cook if he had 70 not out rather than out for 85 or whatever
By:
its a team game where the captain leads by example.........
![]() |
By:
Maybe Im wrong but I cannot see why India price is going down
By:
yeah will probs get a few people off his back as it would look selfless if he declared before the ton. He hasn't had one in ages though so I reckon he'll bat for it if possible.
By:
i want to bet they declare at tea time. y does no one offer this bet?
By:
some of you people are talking sheite. Cook will not delay the declaration to get his ton. Dream on. I feel a touch of antipodean bias in the air!
By:
If he bat's past 450 he's a nob
By:
hes a knob regardless imo
By:
He shouldn't delay the declaration for his ton obviously. If he's sat in the high 80s/90s going into tea though it wouldn't surprise me.
By:
He ought to fall on his sword and get Butler in but obviously he won't do that as Butler is not ready for Test cricket yet as we saw in the first innings and with his wicket keeping!
By:
india need world record 4th inning to win now
By:
botham talking sense
By:
Botham is talking sense - that's a worry !
By:
decalre after this over imo
By:
yeap - buttler should have been in as soon as the shine was off the ball. Tailor made situation for him - if he came off England could already have been bowling. Would have been completely risk free with a great possible upside.
By:
Sky have applauded his keeping efforts ans have run a clip more than once of all his fine work to his left........
By:
4 more balls till the declaration
By:
it's possible grant
By:
Kingman wins the sussex
By:
think yroot knows dec on way well done on 50
By:
they can't make india bat before tea anyway - according to gower
By:
i layed england to score 225 runs of more. they will have to have declared by then. dont need a 464 lead.
