India have missed a chance to pound England into dust and I guess we can thank the umpire for giving out Vijay for that. Dhoni's run out was inexplicable. India could have been looking at 450 but now the door is open for England to get back in the game

people really cant grasp weather forecasts. or the fact that theyre just a forecast. i looked at the rain radar last night and it was apparent the rain was probably never coming anywhere near nottingham. yet they still go on about how it was supposed to rain.
as for day 4 the current metoffice forecast is for light rain at 10pm. no other rain, or even a shower, is forecast for the entire day. its about 1/10 that there wont be a drop of rain all day during play. |

fwiw i dont think it will be a draw, but i layed the draw at 1.60 and got out at 2.04. maybe should have got out earlier, but i hoped england would get the 10th wicket straight away. draw likely to go a lot lower again now, everybody bailing out of their draw lays cos england dont look like ever get this last wicket. apart from broad and anderson, they may as well go home. bring back ashley giles ffs.
