Surprised Sky haven't spotted this but there is now the very real possibility of captain Cook being banned for the first India test match.
Already on a warning after the 1st test for slow over rates (he was fined 20%, the team 10%), this session will only have 26 overs. |

Yeah that's why they keep Cook as capt - they know he's not the right man but he's a yes man and won't rock the boat. Bit like FIFA - Blatter is all over the place but gives his team a few million and they support him - who wouldn't.

it doesn't matter now i suppose. something in it for herath on day 5 and I suspect 250 and 80 overs is more than enough for the lankans, but that's still miles away. The gloom is already there for england, and a pressure situation and cook will inevitably fail and set up a capitulation. |

well thaty works both ways Card. Teams may be hapy to sit back but Belgium have a great bench. Holding some funds back to bet after 60 mins if no goal by then. Like you say could be hot! Mistakes will happen when tired.
