Don't really have the patience or attention span for poker as much as I love it, as I know that no matter how good you are, it really is a long haul unless you have plenty of time for it.

Ha - not bad to have an outlet... I like playing it, and do very well at SNGs, but just don't have the time/patience for the MTTs. If you go deep in PS Sunday nighter, you're up til 4-5am on a Monday. Not good for productive work!

Yeah. TBH ideally I would love to play just the Sunday million games or whatever. Played a couple, but they start at like 6am or so, so when I have done, I have pulled an all nighter to keep me up for it, and been fcuked for the rest of the day.
Done ok, position wise, but generally go out near the bubble when I go well. Hard now since I married into a family and now have a newborn, but tournaments, sit and gos, definitely my strengths. Cash tables a fcuking rort imo... |
