give em more DRS appeals in an innings IMO (3 per innings). 2 is too few
Stay with two, but get at least one extra every new ball.

How about - you don't actually lose a review if it ends up as a marginal 'umpires call' which means it would have stayed with the umpire call either way.......

Yeah, best option.  Shouldn't be penalised something that you were pretty much right with.

do like the idea of an extra appeal off a new ball a bit like tennis when you go to a tie-break, you gain an additional review

Well played Buck Rogers and Twiki

I like the idea of players not having rights to question the umpire more.  And leave questionable decisions up to a panel of 3 "3rd umpires" upstairs that basically govern the match and make sure everything is correct.

agree on that BJT - DRS should be in umps control but they need to remove the 'look after your ump mate' culture when reviewing. the third ump should be totally independent. best scenario could well be a team of third umps that only ever third umpire

Yeah. I suggested maybe a team with the broadcast rights.  They see the same thing, and then the public see the process.

Khawaja in.  Not confident to have a bet either way.  I know if he calms his mind he is a very good batsmen, but a situation like this, I can't see him doing much.  But if he doesn't have the strike much, Warner could rack some runs up and drive the price in so can't see a lay or a back here.

Two ties in Test history, and I've taken tie insurance three times in about 12 months. I'm insane.

Did Lehman just ignore Rogers as he went in after his brilliant contribution?

West Coast,

We call him " Steve " Harmison, makes life easier!

Saw him bowl in Jamaica 2004.  Best spell of fast bowling I have ever seen live.

I got a photo with one man infront of the bat on the offside.  the rest apart from " Steve " were behind the stumps slips, gullies and a fly slip ( doing an Italian tank impersonation ).  Most extraordinary field I have ever seen.

Shame really cos I think the bloke is a dick for not using his God given talent better.  fragile mind and committed biggest offence for me by Saying Geoffrey was regarded as a bit of a joke in the England dressing room.  They could still use his batting advice!

That's what I thought - at least a well played mate you would have thought. Probably feeling the pressure of never having won a test

But then you get some batsmen that don't like contact until they come back out.  Doubt anything in it.
