Yes Aus played well.
Touring sides usually get better as the tour goes on. It begs the question though what would have happened if Warner had started the series? Aus really got this wrong. I think we all knew Hughes and Cowan weren't up to the task in England. Despite that Aus came within a Gnatsock of a win first up. England 2-0 very lucky. I think Warner would have scored big at Lords. Still on England here ave 2.94 England have been poor many days this series. I agree with Warne, England bowlers lost it mentally. |

there is more chance of the queen coming out as a lesbian than there is of this game being a draw

OZ need to chase 179 with 9 wickets in 4 sessions. The pitch isn't offering much assistance to the bowling and Oz still have Clarke and Watson to come in. Face it; they're well on top.

But having said that I dont think the wicket is doing too much, seems like the wicket where once you negotiate the new ball, or if you are a new batsman you want to acclimatise yourself for at least 25-30 deliveries

Corridor,
was not aimed at you. dont take offence, none meant. more a dig at aus for calling Hashim Amla a terrorist, which, was beyond the pale in my book. Would have punched someone in the face for that cricket or not. |

Bank job. |

cheers whisperingdeath. understand what you mean now - no offence taken. that sort of comment is just ignorant
By:
So Warner scores a 50, so we all like him now for taking a swing at Root for mocking Amla?
By:
I've noticed that BJT has a tad more humour now that OZ are in excellent position.
By:
yeah,
I shouldn't have mentioned it really. soted! |
By:
not to mention bad tactic as Mr Amla is one of the best batsman in test cricket. Mr Khawaja is not
By:
I doubt it will be a tie - 2 in test match history
By:
whats this nonsense about backing the tie. you might as well back tomorrow being Thursday
By:
More chance of a tie than tomorrow being Thursday - IMO
By:
Would probably like a wicket or something so I can make a bet. Have no position at the moment.
By:
