To get 20 overs a side in they must start by quarter past four, no?

yes, match must finish at 715pm. but the do let it go on later.

we have an hours leeway to get a full 50 over match , so logically we started losing overs @ 11.30

rain seems to be generated from north wales and the prevailing winds take it over birmigham 90 minutes later or so , need to see a break in the rain from this north wales region to have a chance

any game with england bowling first in overcast conditions makes them favs, 50/50 or 20/20. no team can compete.
