That's because there's lots of localised rain - not easy for radar watchers

This is one to keep your eye on closely I think.  Last start time would be 4:17pm as it was on Sunday.  They are fast at getting the ground dry and if there is a fair break in the rain they might just manage it.  Probably unlikely but could be fun and games like Sunday.  If only they had scheduled it today - absolutely lovely day here in the SW.  Currently on NO completed match.

what i tried to say nigel was did you manage to trade this or have you taken a lot of liability in getting onto a green situation on YES.

i'm not taking the p!ss, your an eloquent bloke who usually gets this type of bet right, so interested in your trading style and philosophy.

I was on NO overnight - but left an order up to negate the position and once I'd viewed the radar this morning started lumping on YES  Now have a slightly green book but no planning on laying off the YES unless something changes - hope that clarifies

So are you keeping your liability on NO or greened out is it a good level to green out for a YES position?

according to the bbc forecast for Cardiff today, its going to be cloudy and cool, but no more rain forecast for the playing hours. Have to say India are hot favourites, but at under 1/2, I won't be playing and of course the BBC forecast may not be accurate, although it usually is

i've started off with a lay of india.  if kusal perera can get going today with dilshan that 1/2 will soon get to evens.  that is a big IF!  mahela and sangers will always be there tho, and SL bat deep.  i expect india to drift.  indias most potent threat has been jadeja and ashwin, spin, SL play this well.  good game today i think chaps.

It is very cloudy with huge amount of light and heavy looking cloud. There is some parts where it definitely looks like rain which could come down but equally there are glimpses of lighter sky. bit colder than I thought as well.

I would say 10 over be less than 40.. dont think SL would come out playing shots and all the talk of dampness and movement with the ball. Yesterday was the first time we saw the ball swinging may be we see this again today

i disagree with you steam.  TD and KP like to hit shots, trouble is they often get out cheap, so you may be right but for different reasons.

Yeah, you have to be able to adapt to changing conditions to make money I find.  I'm sorry I'm not going to start publishing all the trades I've made.

i went in the bookies on the way to work this morning to put an ascot placepot on, along with an EW bet on times up in the gold cup 11/1!!!.  had a glance at the cricket prices, SL 6/4 india 4/9.  Baldys.  That is scandalous.
