No, I reckon they'll be lucky to get another 30 overs in:

has the movement on the draw gone from 1.4 to 1.8 since the close of play?

i'm massive on the draw. Never normally bet on the draw, but look at this map and u will want to lay! |
By:
what you talking about juce
By:
no lay England & back the draw massively. Sorry about that. Not very clear!
By:
this could be a biblical win for those who know what they are doing. I'm hoping to win a lot on this bet!
By:
a lot of people listen to the commentators about weather. They will tell you jack **** because if they say its going to piss down for 2 days, then you are not going to watch!

draw odds have drifted 0n 365 site now 8/13

bbc forecast for wellington says no rain sunday but the map seems to be pretty blue!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2179537 |
By:
this is all a bit strange. a movement from 1.4 to 1.8 since 4am or so would suggest some serious information suggesting the weather factor has become much less of an issue!
By:
i would not trust the bbc weather forecast for overseas. look at met office nz & you can watch the forecast for wellington + radars etc
By:
remember there are a lot of lazy betters who don't analyse things properly. I believe there will be no play, but even if there were 60 overs, they would still do well to get 9 wickets with gale force winds!!
By:
wait until about 4am nz time when it starts raining and people will be wetting themselves trying to get out of positions!
By:
also had a massive lay of the draw in Ind v Aus yesterday, when the draw was 1.2 after one session!! just covered my position and looking forward to an indian win to make a big profit.

By:
this pitch will definitely turn on day 5 & reverse. It turned quite a bit for the Indians day 1/2. The Aussies will have to bat all day on day 5 just to survive and the team is full of stroke players apart from Cowan.

By:
mitchell starc scored 99 this pitch is flat i cant see positive result

Rain radar looks awful for Engl backers
By:
the market suggests they are not panicking yet!
By:
Got to agree radar looks bad. Looks like people are waiting to make sure its going to hit Wellington
By:
their are people who live and hope when they c the rain its to late. the day may prove me wrong but their was plenty of exit points day 3 where the wise got out of draw red.
By:
1.7 draw v.generous given the forecast and that NZ have 9 wickets in hand...
By:
I'm almost ready to call this GSM.
By:
please dont! there's two days left! should be a draw if we lose 3 sessions which looks likely at the mo
By:
Very much doubt we play more than 30 overs today. Monday probably none. Eng should be 5/1 at least IMHO.
By:
i hope you're right. been backing the draw all game. would like to green up sub 1.3 really. eng more than capable
of running thru this kiwi team in 60 overs under grey skies |

will be useful |
By:
I think i heard that it has recently had new drainage installed but because it has been
so dry out there no real chance to see how good it is. Historically it was always pretty poor though. If it does stop raining let us not forget the light though - looked dark yesterday with no rain clouds.... |
By:
anyone have a live webcam of wellington
By:
Rain is a good thing for England backers as long as it comes in light showers as the forecast everywhere now is agreed. It will help the bowlers topple the wickets down in quick succession once they get rid of the top order first of course. They will have to do it all today though. I'm hopeful at least. Have they got the fight in them though ?
