33 overs each side equates to 66 over match already had 14 leaves 52 need 26 to have completed match can only afford to lose another 1 1/2 hours before no game

Sodd the completed match market. Trying to work out how this affects the match odds market. New Zealand have now wasted nearly half their overs not even getting three an hour but I suppose that'll be reflected in the DL target. I'm still surprised that the market is coming in against Sri Lanka.

Three an hour, now that is a bit slow Shocked

lumped on SL - theory being SL should be able to match any target they need given NZ's slow start

I agree Nigel. NZ only have one powerplay over left too and have lost McCullum. I don't get the love for them which has brought them in from 8+ to 6.

Can only assume it was people laying to "get their money back" when there was less hope of the game completing.

Now they're in even more trouble. Ross Taylor's a big wicket for SL.

yeah, likely with the damp surface as well.  1.2 for SL was silly as has been proved

yep, hedged myself with a bet on mr. rain for 50% of my potential SL winnings

I ain't hedging on such stupid short odds on the CMM. I'm just going to have to accept no win if it rains again.

I normally wouldn't but I think it's quite likely to not finish

By:

I'm actually the opposite. I normally would hedge but I'd be giving away too much green to hedge at 1.26. It's up to 1.6 now. If it continues to go up I might consider it again.

anyway, let's hope it does complete.

think the market is still overpricing them though.
By:

When: 06 Nov 12 15:20
It has pushed them to a par-ish score. Totally depends on how DL comes into it as well though.
By:
nigelpm1
When: 06 Nov 12 15:21
nowhere near par.

When: 06 Nov 12 15:23
few sixes and it will be mind
By:

should give SL confidence that they can bat
By:
Darlo Bantam
When: 06 Nov 12 15:25
I certainly think NZ will be happy with this considering their start. I still more than fancy SL here though.
