is there anything more boring than test cricket if you haven't got a bet on it?

judging from past experience, you type one thing and mean another so I will assume you agree with me.

Then this must be quite riveting for you. Almost every ball is exciting once you have money on including all the forward defensives.

i rarely bet in the first few days of test match cricket

don't really see the point

love watching it always though

I can appreciate all forms of the game. Prefer betting on test cricket because of the slow price moves. Betting on the IPL, although I made a profit, was an absolute nightmare!

if you know the game and watch a lot of test match cricket its pretty easy money

easier

i think if saffers can avoid follow on, this game will be a draw

time to back a little bit of SA for me
By:

When: 19 Jul 12 16:27
should get more or less 5 full days in even if we lose some play tomorrow. plenty of time for england to bat twice and win. very unlikely england would enforce the follow on probably only if they led by something stupid like 300. they'll want swann bowling on day 5

So you reckon the play here is to back SA ...and get out when?

just cannot see past a draw here i'm afraid . why do they have these flat pitches
By:
d13phe
When: 19 Jul 12 16:30
its not really a play

just a short term punt because i think SA are a bit too big

if England get to 280/5 at the close then its pretty even for a first day at the Oval

pmsl d13 england won't lose another 3 wickets today

petersen to get out before the close

Tahir bowling some right filth.

difference between the 2 teams when this pitch starts turning second innings.  England have a spinner, Saffers have Tahir.

If Tahir bowls many more overs KP's going to start dominating him as he can do so well against low quality (non left handed) spin bowlers.

Regretting getting out of my SA lay. Forecast still a bit unsettled tomorrow. Going to back england here. Think swann could be the difference here.

Looks like Morsey is balls deep against the draw here. A shroodie. Gonna get a big price eng win here like we had vs India (hit 9/1 ish last yr) and Aus (4.5+ I think, maybe higher) when Saffer are 100/1 or 160/2.. etc...

When: 19 Jul 12 17:24
well done Alistair Cook, 20th test century, he will get many more

still England need a lot more yet
By:

Significant Spin on day 1. . . draw backers mustn't like the look of that.
By:
Millionaire_Morse
When: 19 Jul 12 17:35
draw backers are relaxed in the knowledge that this is GSM DRAW and they cannot lose
monster lay england here
