anyone got a weather update for tomorrow..?
By:
what happend to tea? 3:40 no?
By:
tomorrow looks good weather-wise, monday looking bleak though with rain all day
By:
Wow. What's the market doing at 1.16??
By:
this session is 2.5 hours kingmax to make up for lost overs
By:
can play until 7 to make up for slow over rate
By:
5 down... england batting before days end
By:
Don't matter. They'll have 200+ by then and Rain forecast all day Monday. Like I said the market is bizarre!
By:
1.25 now lol

Decimal odds really scramble some people's idea of value.
If 1.22 were 2/9, you'd be hard pressed to call the price "bizarre", especially on the basis of a weather forecast 2 days into the future. |
By:
2 more wickets and the market will have to move to 1.6...
By:
It may be obvious but this session really is the key. If Windies can only lose 3 wickets they'll be about 250/8 and I can't see any way there'll be a result as England would have to bat until at least lunch on day 5 to reach a result.
On the other hand if England can skittle the tail and get 10 overs or so to bat and be 35/0 then they could have a whole day to bowl Windies out (though this is making the big assumption the weather on Monday clears up) |
By:
too many ifs and butts and they aren't going to skittle the rest for 10 overs - no way.
By:
however, I do take your point that it's a key session. Exciting times
By:
basicly WI just need to produce another 80 run session... if this did happen does england really have little chance?
By:
50-60 should do it IMHO.
By:
all about Samuels for me. If he goes shortly ENG have a tiny chance - maybe 1/10
By:
you must be laying the **** out of england then
By:
No, position already strong.
By:
another wicket though and I will think about it.
By:
looks like the market being held up by a large lay order on ENG - 17k - once that goes we'll be 1.15 very quickly again.
By:
Hi all. So what total 'secures' the draw? 300?
By:
think the market's also being held up by the new ball being due in a few overs. Confident the draw price will shoot in if these two can survive the first few overs of the new ball
By:
Dan - more about time IMHO. If they survive to the end today with anything above 250 game over. Cnman is right - new ball quite key
By:
300 would definitely be a draw DanEv. 250-260 SHOULD be enough, never guaranteed with the Windies mugs though
By:
Fair enough. I agree about time. I reckon 275 at end of day leaving 2 days for 3 innings even with no loss of time on Monday secures the draw.
By:
always have to remember that when huge money has backed the draw at 3/4/5 laying will take place to green up - this will have the effect of slowing the inevitable.
By:
also still got Sammy
![]() |
By:
absolutely! WI get through the new ball and get 275 and/or be there for the rest of the day and it's all over i reckon.
By:
good ball from fat tim.
been very impressed with marlon samuels, the leading run scorer of the series across both teams. |
By:
That's kept some life in it
By:
ffs i only want 1.14
By:
16 overs left. Realistically, unless ENG nail them in the next 10 overs and they only manage another 30 runs it's over. Completely ignoring the weather - Hence why I don't get the odds.
By:
me neither Nigel. There is only 2 days to get through three innings and Monday looks like rain interruptions!
By:
What's the weather like on Monday?
By:
Cheers DanEv!
By:
still 1.15 come on..
By:
King - just let it go mate - 15 runs from game over
