Better wait for the toss you will have them at higher odds if Aus bat first and start well

if you were going to place a bet and let it run what would your bet for this match be?

on a non trading note, how do people rate Windies chances if they bat first?

They've batted second in all 3 games and done well so far giving themselves good chances to win all 3 however I wouldn't be confident in Windies setting a score and if they were to underscore i'd fancy Australia to be play sensibly enough to chase it down.

I wonder though if West Indies would agree with that and would put Australia into  bat if they win the toss anyway?

Last games at this ground were Windies A v Bangles A.  Seems this pitch is also a pretty low scoring one.

i'm thinking 100, then hopefully australia start slow and windies get a few wickets. i get the feeling that in terms of big hitting windies have the edge but when it comes to biulding a sensible partnership aussies far more solid but genarally cant compete with pollard, bravo, russell's big hitting.

Aus win toss and elect to BOWL.

AUSSIE CAPTAIN IN ELECT TO BOWL SHOCKER!

If the Aussies have judged this pitch correctly with their selection change bringing in Hilf for Lyons and Forrest for Christian they think they will easily win this game.

However my money at the start is with West Indies, I'm pretty certain I'll be able to get a trade in play from the 3.1 back.

need a half decent start from windies now.

amazingly lucky WAtson didn't review in the first over for that plumb lbw.

just as amazing that the umpire didn't  call it himself really!

such a different pitch

bounce should suit aussies more

gap between sides should be greater today due to better pitch

My recommended strategy would be to wait until a wicket falls and then try to trade on West Indies back

i need to trade out on windies, so really dont need a wicket if i wait.

my advice would be to trade out before the wicket taking ball.

I'm holding out for a flip before hedging on Aus. I reckon the market is still treating this pitch like the one on St Vincent. W Indies backers are getting full value so far for their runs.

So screaming, you suggest holding onto WI a while longer until the flip comes?

I traded out before a wicket taking ball, on at 3.2 & off at 2.6 thats enough for me.

Yea, something has got me cautious against backing WI. 235 is the average score here they say

I fancy Aussies but 10 overs  of Lee and his buffet bowling should help the Windies somewhat!

I'd be amazed if he's still in the squad when they get to England in the summer.

Let's slowly start accumulating Aussies, they are gonna run over WI for sure

Anything above 220 looks a good score on this pitch

They just need Barath to slow things down
By:

Not sure about that. Barath putting the bowlers and captain under lots of pressure playing the way he is.

you'd think if it carry's on like this all game then Warner and Watson should be able to smash the medium pace openers to all parts
